Private Mini Bus Transfer: We Recommend this
transfer for a hassle free direct journey at a great price
This is a Ford Transit type minibus or similar with A/C. It can carry a maximum
of 8
passengers, and normal luggage. There is no need to wait or find a taxi
locally
or to take a shuttle service that will stop at all the different hotels
en
route to your destination.
As
long as you notify us in advance this luggage can also include up to 8
passengers with additional golf clubs,
folding wheelchairs, children’s buggies etc..
Baby & booster seats can be supplied on the minibuses at no
extra cost,
but must be pre-booked. As designs vary we strongly recommend bringing you own seat for tiny babies ( 6 months or younger) as rear facing seats are not the norm here.
Should
your flight be delayed, there is no waiting charge but due to the
European Working Hours Directive flights landing and departures picking up between 21.00 and 06.30 attract a 25%
surcharge. (on the applicable leg of the journey only)
These transfers are private, direct and not shared as we have a policy of one family / group per vehicle.
Unlike some of our "competitors" we believe in telling you the truth rather than you finding out when you get here and it is too late to argue. So our full policy regarding sharing on the minibus service is as follows.
Arrivals & Departures:
There are one or two VERY rare occasions where
something outside our control goes wrong on the day, in this situation we may VERY rarely ask
you to share if your party size is 1-4 people. This will normally only be to / from the
same resort. An example of this would be if there are major flight delays or emergencies such as road closures and to share would mean we would could get you to or away from
the airport more quickly.

Free Upgrade to a Mercedes Vito (or similar) Transfer:
If your party size is 1-4 people we will try to upgrade you free to this service - it is essential that you tell is if more people are arriving than the number originally booked
We regularly use a slightly smaller Seat Alhambra / Mercedes Vito ( which is a people carrier) or similar which is very comfortable.
